🍗 KC Barbecue Competition on the Lawn at The Pointe (just south of The Pumpkin Patch)
**Free and Open to the Public** Teams will begin cooking on Friday evening and will cook until turn-ins begin at 12:00pm on Saturday. Turn-in times are as follows:
Chicken: 12:00pm
Ribs: 12:30pm
Pork: 1:00pm
Brisket: 1:30pm
This is not a tasting, but a traditional cook competition. Watch the pros cook, ask about cooking techniques and spices.
BBQ Music Fest on the gravel/grass lot next to Solo's
